John W. Baker, III, M.A., AMFT

Meet John:

Before transitioning into my role as a therapist, I served in law enforcement and the military for over 30 years. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of resilience and human connection. As a devoted father and loyal friend, I genuinely understand people's challenges and bring that empathy into my practice. Outside of therapy, I find balance in nature, whether mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, or simply enjoying the outdoors. These activities help me recharge and remind me of the importance of staying connected—to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

I am here to support you

As a therapist with vast life experience, I understand the importance of sharing your story, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we can work towards healing and growth.

Psychotherapy is a powerful tool that can help you navigate life's ups and downs. Whether you're facing relationship issues, struggling with anxiety or depression, or seeking personal development, I am here to provide guidance and support.

My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of being misunderstood.
